CAMER SC BYLAWS

These Bylaws serve as an extension of the CAMER SC Constitution and provide operational guidelines where the Constitution references bylaws for detailed procedures and policies.

Article 1 – REGISTRATION

1.1 At the time of Registration, all new members shall receive a copy of the Bylaws and Constitution. A registration fee of 250 dollars shall be paid by all members, as stipulated in Article 3.1 of the Constitution.

1.2 Membership is contingent upon adherence to the Constitution and payment of dues as required by the General Assembly.

Article 2 – PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

2.1 All members shall be registered on the CAMER SC roster in accordance with Article 3 of the Constitution.

2.2 Registration shall be renewed annually, and the registration fee shall be set at the first General Meeting of the year, per the Constitution.

2.3 Any limits on the number of members shall be determined by the General Assembly, per Article 3.1 of the Constitution.

2.4 All members must actively engage in community and charitable activities pursued by CAMER SC, as outlined in the Constitution.

Article 3 – MEMBERSHIP DUES

3.1 Annual membership fees shall be set each year at the first General Meeting.

3.2 A clear distinction shall be made between registration fees and membership dues. Registration secures entry and contribute to club operations, while membership dues contribute towards other engagements and contributions not stipulated in the Constitution.

3.3 Members must be in good standing as defined in Article 3.2 of the Constitution.

Article 4 – DISCIPLINE AND SUSPENSIONS

4.1 Members may be suspended for failing to comply with the Club’s Constitution, Bylaws, or General Meeting decisions.

4.2 The Disciplinary Committee shall oversee disciplinary matters, per Article 6.11 of the Constitution.

4.3 Any expulsion must be ratified by the General Assembly, as per Article 3.5 of the Constitution.

Article 5 – SPONSORS

5.1 Sponsorship fees shall be determined by the Executive Board with the approval of the General Assembly.

5.2 Sponsorship agreements shall be executed solely by the Executive Bureau, per Article 4.2 of the Constitution.

Article 6 – TRAINING REGULATIONS

6.1 The Coach, Assistant Coach and Club Captain shall oversee training and fitness programs, per Article 6.6 of the Constitution.

6.2 Players shall be required to attend all scheduled training sessions and matches as determined by the Executive Bureau.

6.3 The Coach shall provide advance communication on training schedules, game strategies, and expected conduct.

Article 7 – UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT

7.1 Club uniforms shall comply with CAMER SC standards as set by the Executive Bureau.

7.2 Uniforms shall be provided by the Club and remain club property.

Article 8 – FINANCE AND AUDIT

8.1 The Financial Secretary in collaboration with the Treasure shall prepare a balanced budget for approval before the start of any program.

8.2 All financial records shall be subject to an independent audit, per Article 8.4 of the Constitution.

8.3 The financial signatories shall include the President, Financial Secretary, and Treasurer, per Article 8.1 of the Constitution.

Article 9 – MEETINGS AND VOTING

9.1 General Assembly Meetings shall be held every two months, with a minimum attendance requirement as stipulated in Article 7.2 of the Constitution.

9.2 A quorum of at least 30% of members must be met for binding decisions, per Article 7.3 of the Constitution.

9.3 Elections and voting procedures shall follow the provisions outlined in Article 5 of the Constitution.

Article 10 – AMENDMENTS AND DISSOLUTION

10.1 Amendments must be submitted in writing at least one month in advance, per Article 10 of the Constitution.

10.2 Dissolution shall require two-thirds majority approval, and assets shall be liquidated as per Article 11 of the Constitution.

Article 11 – NON-DISCRIMINATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

11.1 The Club shall uphold a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, per Article 14 of the Constitution.

11.2 Conflicts of interest shall be avoided, ensuring no member holds multiple executive positions simultaneously, per Article 15 of the Constitution.

11.3 Disputes shall be resolved based on the Constitution and these Bylaws, ensuring fair and consistent application.
